Site Visit
Our team visits your property to assess the space, take measurements, review site conditions, and discuss your vision in person.

Custom Design
Our designer creates professional renderings of your project so you can see exactly what your space will look like before any work begins.

Design Review + Final Pricing
We walk through everything together: layout, materials, colors, and pricing. We call this our "No Surprises" meeting because that's exactly what it is.

Build
Once you approve the plan, your project is handed off to our build crew. We handle everything from start to final cleanup.
How the Design Phase Works
Once we're aligned on your vision, the next step is our design phase. We do this through an hourly design contract that allows us to turn your ideas into detailed layout drawings, material selections, and realistic pricing.
The design phase is where your project really comes to life. Our designer creates professional concepts, refines them based on your feedback, and delivers a complete plan you'll feel confident building from.
Pay As You Go
$150/hour. You're only billed for actual time used, with no big upfront lump sum.
Stay in the Loop
Weekly invoices and progress updates so you always know where things stand.
You Own the Design
The design is yours, even if you decide not to build with us.
No Build Commitment
The design contract isn't a construction commitment. It's about getting the right plan in place.
